First time I heard about the Sushi buffet, my first thought was that this is a bad idea.. Sabrura has the cheapest sushi buffet in Norway, the quality is good enough for them to knock out a lot of the competition. However, I wish they had a way to cool down the fish since it doesn't stay fresh long enough. Which is as I would expect. If it hadn't been for the price, I'd give them a 3-star. But its nearly good enough and so cheap that it makes it difficult to complain, or compete.. And they do switch out the Sushi regularly....
