Sabrura Sticks & Sushi Sirkus — Restaurant in Trondheim

First time I heard about the Sushi buffet, my first thought was that this is a bad idea.. Sabrura has the cheapest sushi buffet in Norway, the quality is good enough for them to knock out a lot of the competition. However, I wish they had a way to cool down the fish since it doesn't stay fresh long enough. Which is as I would expect. If it hadn't been for the price, I'd give them a 3-star. But its nearly good enough and so cheap that it makes it difficult to complain, or compete.. And they do switch out the Sushi regularly....

Has gone savagely downhill the past few weeks, was today met by chicken skin on the peanut chicken skewers (which was disgusting), soft chicken clubs that are supposed to be deliciously crunchy and hot sauce on absolutely everything. Other Sabrura places are slightly better. Rice is falling apart, in maki you can barely find some fish. Lack of knowledge is perspective for variety is not a good thing in the place where you are serving Sushi. Buffet can be better prepared.
