There was no one behind me waiting and no one sitting inside at all at 3pm. The cashier (young man) didn’t acknowledge me while I stood there waiting with not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” Another girl came up to the register to ring up a woman who must have been sitting outside and was “buying something else” as she said to her coworker yet still ZERO acknowledgement -not even a hello- while I stood right in front the register waiting to be helped. We stopped in Henningsvaer on our way to Lodingen. After walking in the town there seemed to be only two places open. Our choice for Knusarn Kafe couldn't have been better! We had delicious food (fish & chips, creamy fish soup, carrot & ginger soup, and smoked salmon sandwich) and amazing cakes (cinnamon roll, chocolate cake and apple cake) with a great hot chocolate.
