It's called an Iranian restaurant, but most of the dishes are Arabic, and the staff are not Iranian as well, and most probably, the same is true for their chef. First, there is a very big possibility that what you like on the menu is not available. They only have lentil soup, and the other three soups ate just there to populate the menu. Second, the main dish, though tasty, was not fresh. I had meat shuwa, and the inside of one piece of meat was relatively cold, and indication that they may be recycling from what is left of yesterday. We came in on a tight budget, planning on a soup and salad each, but we ended up with 5 courses not counting the tea or pickled vegetables -- and many of them were complementary. The charming and knowledgeable waiter suggested the combination kabob, as it offers a contrast of flavors, but both of the different salads and especially the exquisite saffron soup also transported us with new spice combinations. However, the lentil soup was great, the bread was fresh & the food was well grilled & tasted amazing. Great for families and would come back sometime to try lunch dishes as these seem to be more of what the menu is.
