First and foremost, it has been a wonderful experience staying in such a pleasant hotel. This hotel meets and exceeds expectations in every aspect, including the amenities. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Munther, who was absolutely wonderful.

During my recent stay at Fraser suites hotel , I had the pleasure of being assisted by Munther, and I can't praise them enough! From the moment I checked in, Munther went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was Munther's attention to detail and willingness to help with any request. Whether it was recommending local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply offering a friendly smile, Munther consistently provided exceptional service. Excellent Customer Service at the Fraser Suites

I recently stayed at the Fraser Suites for nearly 4 weeks and had an exceptional experience. The service from the front desk staff, particularly Reem, Munther, and Sheakha, was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The suite itself was spacious, well-appointed, and felt like a true home away from home. The amenities, including the kitchen, were perfect for my extended stay. The overall property was clean, modern, and conveniently located.

But what truly made my time at the Fraser Suites exceptional was the remarkable service from the staff. Reem, Munther, and Sheakha at the front desk were incredibly helpful, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or addressing any needs I had during my stay. They exemplified the highest level of customer service.

Stayed in July and had a lovely time at the hotel. The hospitality was amazing and the aroma as you enter the hotel was so nice and welcoming.

We arrived early morning and was served by Shaykha. Even though our check-in time was 2pm, she let us check-in early (just after 9am). Shaykha was also very accommodating with our breakfast needs allowing us to switch our breakfast day from the last day to the first with the early check-in. She was a pleasure to deal with!

Overall I cannot fault the service which was spot on. We had a 3 bed apartment and it was huge! We had a pretty packed schedule so couldn't explore all the ameneties at the hotel but the breakfast was always spot on. One suggestion I would give is to have a bit more variety day to day but other than there was always a decent selection to choose from.

We did find the location was a little away from the local shops and you do need a car because of the location of the hotel but that is only a minor criticism. We'd hired a tour guide for 3 days so it wasn't an issue for us but for someone without a car you'll certainly need access to one.
