Rozana Hotel — Restaurant in Muscat

The deluxe rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower is excellent! It is large with good water pressure. The hotel also has a lot of parking around it which is very convenient if you hire a car. However, service is non-existant at this hotel. I asked for toilet paper multiple times a day throughout my stay and they just say "ok" and it never comes. We ended up having to hunt down the cleaner every morning to get any extra items we needed as we realized that there isn't really any room service. The cleaner was great though and provided a better service than any other staff we encountered throughout our stay. One time I asked reception to help us with a taxi and they just pointed and said "outside" which resulted in me standing in the heat for 10minutes trying to wave one down, getting a taxi which took us to the wrong location and charged us... Also, the elevator and hallways smell like cigerates and the breakfast is far below average but they do have a coffee machine which was great. In summary, I'd recommend this hotel only if you are looking for a budget place to sleep...

From traditional classics to contemporary favorites, every variety of food he served was simply outstanding. You can tell he puts his heart into his cooking, and it shows on the plate.

I was traveling around middle east for two weeks and this hotel was my perfect stay. First, the receptionist are professional and kind. They made me feel welcomed, always smiling and willing to solve any issue or complaint I had. Second, the hotel room was very nice, clean, good smell, nice temperature. I had a good night sleep. Did not try the breakfast. The coffee in the inside cafeteria was delicious, would highly recommend the cappuccino with caramel flavor. The area where the hotel is booked is a bit distant from main attractions but very safe at night, with a lot of local shops and restaurants. Close by there is also a new mosque that is totally worth visiting. I would book this hotel again for sure if I visit Oman.
