I recently had the pleasure of trying the Afghanistan Kabouli Pillow with meat at a local restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience. The dish consisted of tender and flavorful chunks of meat nestled within a bed of fluffy Kabouli rice.

I would give 10 stars if I could :). What a wonderful place to eat!!! Portions are literally huge. We ordered 2 portions of rice with meat for 2 persons and ate probably one third part of it (and we were hungry). We took the rest of food home, of course. Very delicious. I strongly recommend mutton - the meat was literally falling of the bone, mild and well cooked. The special bread was freshly baked, still warm and smelled amazing. They served us complimentary chicken soup when we waited for the food and black tea after we ate. The service was gentle and polite. I wish this business all the best! P.S.
