Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Staff Behavior and un professional and Incident happen today 2.30 PM 27th Feb 2025.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Gala Branch During my visit, the staff was unhelpful and failed to provide the assistance I requested. Specifically, the staff member was unable to fulfill my requests on time and seemed unwilling to make any effort to address my needs. Additionally, I felt as though I was being reprimanded for simply asking for assistance, which only added to my frustration.

When I attempted to escalate the issue to the duty manager, I was informed that they had completed their shift and would not be available to resolve the situation. I also mentioned my concern about the quality of service to the staff member, but it seemed as though they were unaware of the problem or unwilling to address it.

I am concerned that this experience is damaging the reputation of your brand, and I would appreciate it if this issue were taken seriously. I look forward to your response and hope for a resolution to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

Our experience at Arya Bhavan in Ghala was unfortunately below average. We had high hopes for a good vegetarian breakfast, but the quality of the food and service left much to be desired.

We ordered a Plain Dosai and Podi Masala Dosai. The Podi Masala Dosai was disappointing – it seemed like some podi was simply sprinkled on top without much thought. The Filter Coffee was another letdown, tasting more like watered-down milk with an excessive amount of sugar.

The service was equally poor. After ordering Dosai with one waiter, we waited 20 minutes without any sign of our order. We had to approach another waiter to re-order – a clear indication of the disorganized service.

To make matters worse, the pricing felt exorbitant for the quality of both the food and the service provided.

We go here for dinner occasionally when we want South Indian food. The food and service was excellent. My wife and father-in-law went here for dinner one evening. They had ordered paneer butter masala and naan. Halfway through dinner a cockroach decided to make an appearance and run between both their plates. They called out to one of the attendants after some hesitation. They weren’t comfortable creating a scene. They were holding up their plates. One of the attendants came over and waited for the cockroach to show up and what ensued later was nothing short of a comedy show. The attendant decided to catch the cockroach with the tissue while they ate. Although they ate quickly and left their table, the attendant was still chasing the cockroach.
