The restaurant feels homey. Smelling the seafood and its spices. The ambience and decorations are simple yet makes a signature for the place. It gives you the feeling of the past because of video games back in the 80’s (which you can play). The place is clean from tables to cooking area and all the way to the restroom. It is well sanitized. We ordered Single with a gentleman’s choice (cajun-if you prefer spicy) and sweet potato fries. The seafood tastes great. Seafood were cooked perfectly. It does contains lobster, mussels, shrimp, crab and corn. The unique ingredients were hotdogs and potatoes. The portion is good with unlimited rice. It could also be nice to have an option of unlimited drink (soda or homemade ice tea). The sauce brought the dish to the next level. The staffs are very welcoming and they will attend to you to know if you require something else. They are also aware of the different flavors/ options. I’ve been a regular patron of your restaurant for some time now, and it’s always been a place my family and I have truly enjoyed—my kids, in particular, have fond memories here.

However, our most recent visit left us feeling quite disappointed. I couldn’t help but observe that while other tables—particularly those with local guests—were served visibly larger portions of crabs, mussels, and shrimps, our table received notably smaller items and reduced quantities. This inconsistency was surprising, especially since we’ve ordered the same dishes in the past without any such issue. We even ended up ordering extra portions just to compensate.

While I have no intention of escalating this unnecessarily, I would be remiss not to express how uncomfortable and, frankly, discriminated against we felt that evening. As regular customers, we hope our loyalty would be met with the same level of fairness and hospitality we’ve come to appreciate.

I’m deducting 2 stars purely because of terrible service by one of the staff members, a lady, who was incredibly rude to us from start to finish. It started with the call to make a reservation. She REFUSED to try to understand my name or how to spell it and insisted on calling me other random names like Thelma (?!) and Sandra despite me spelling my name out to her. Even something this small can make a bad first impression. I made a reservation for 10.15 PM and ended up getting there a little later but informed them of our delay in advance - they didn’t have a problem with this. Once we got there and started eating, all staff members continued to hover over us stare at us until we finished. On our way out, we apologised for keeping them late, and the same rude staff went on to pass a nasty comment about how we stayed too long. It is really unfortunate that customer service ruined our experience, because the food itself was fantastic. I request the management to look into this and work on adequate customer service training for...
