Beware - white people gets priority over brown folks in this hotel. Twice it happened today, when I ordered first, and white couple ordered 5-10min later and they got their order first. This happened twice. I spoke with Santosh who I believe was the duty manager today. When you see this kind of service happen at an international brand it is very disappointing and erases any and all positive experience you had with the hotel. This may not be the intention of the hotel I am sure, but the result felt discriminatory, because it is, and when it happened twice within the hour. Will I go back? NO unless I get an assurance that staff are given proper training to ensure something like what experienced will NEVER happen to anyone again. Their lunch and dinner buffet experiences I had were both good. They have a variety of interesting options. It is price-y, so make it worth it! You can get some stir-fry with your choice of vegetables/meat/noodles and whatnot. They also have a variety of poultry, meat and fish to choose from and how you want them to be cooked - you can write down how many of each you'd like on a piece of paper they provide and what your table number is so they bring your order to you.
