I usually don’t write reviews, but our recent visit to this restaurant long way from Dubai was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Our recent visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. To begin with, the staff member named Ringu (name as per one staff said) displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior. Although there was an available table, he hesitated to arrange it for us. We politely asked him to help move the table as the restaurant was crowded, but he outright refused to even touch it. Left with no other option, we moved it ourselves just to be able to sit. The table was filthy, full of dirt and stains. When we requested a slightly larger supra (table cover) to cover the dirty surface, Ringu again refused. Instead of helping, he shouted at us in front of all the other customers, creating a humiliating scene. What’s worse, he came back later in an aggressive manner as if trying to start a fight. This kind of attitude from restaurant staff is completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling – tables and chairs were dirty and clearly not maintained. It was far from a hygienic environment to enjoy a meal. We ordered the masala grilled, but the food was just as disappointing. It had a strong raw spice smell, and the taste was bland and poorly cooked. It seemed like the spices hadn’t even been properly sautéed. With terrible service, unhygienic conditions, and below-average food, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Here we can get kubus with a side dish that was the first time so nice. The tables were neat and clean. the place was so elegant. Their service was nice and neat. We feel like spl. The price is affordable. The money is worth eating. Always so full but more places are there. Every dishes are delicious. Every dish is made immediately when we order so it's fresh and delicious. And their servings were perfect.. I love this shop...
