Today, As our food was served, there was a police raid apparently for sheesha (we haven't been informed by staff what was going on actually) and the staff was literally vanished for 3 4 mins, we kept our cool but there were low voices of arguments of police and all of a sudden it went high and wild again, due to that massive disturbance we couldn't had our food and decided to leave. Now the most imp part, while we lightly suggested since we couldn't had our food due to all that havoc we should get a discount and the staff replied "nobody has said anything to you" and we were like... what seriously? This is the hospitality level of such high end cafe, our evening was ruined completely and they cared for their money, zero customer care. I would never recommend this to anybody such kind of treatment and hospitality is unacceptable, i can't comment on food coz we only had one or two bites and i don't want to comment on that coz it doesn't matter anymore.... even though it was a rare incident but the behaiviour of the staff toward customer was shocking, no information at the time of incident, not even afterwards that what's going on and telling us nothing happened to you so that's why it shouldn't matter to...

Casa Villa . ! Where do i start. One of the worst experience i ve had in a while. to start of their Iftaar buffet service was a joke. For iftar they served only two items Potato wedges and spring rolls apart from complimentary dates and rooh afza. Dates were of low quality and were hardly worth a bite. Coming to the dinner part. Buffet contained 4-5 dishes but none was tagged and lighta were dim. I could only recognize beef chilli dry and Battered Fish. Both tasted horrible. Although i am huge fan of beef chilli dry but couldnt convince myself for second helping. For dessert there was chocolate mousse which was okay. Cheese cake turned out to be below average.
