The only reason I am not giving them one-star is because their pizza tasted decent at best, but is not recommendable. Otherwise, the cheating they did makes them deserve no-star at all. They also charge high prices, but don't give any quality.
I ordered their deal "The Hungry One" through FoodPanda. They gave me only one piece (stuck together to make 4 sticks) of Cheesy Sticks, instead of 4 pieces of Cheesy Bread that was part of the deal.
I separately ordered Chocolate Lava Cake (that did not taste good), which came with all of the chocolate spilled out in the box and spoons smeared in it.
When I called to tell them about the missing pieces of Cheesy Bread, they were not willing to accept that they made any mistake, and said that this is how it is given.
When I complained about the Chocolate Lava Cake, they said that they will send me a complimentary replacement for free.
A few minutes later, the rider called and said that he will take it back and then deliver the right one, but then this will take time and I should reconsider just having the spilled ones, and that he will deliver me the Chocolate Lava Cake next time I will place an order.
I was already much disappointed with their whole cheating, so I just said that I will take it, to let it be over, because from now on, I am boycotting them.
They usually get to cheat with the delivery orders because they know the customer will not be able to get the right deal that easily. Especially, if you select/order a deal, they easily get to cheat.
I would suggest ordering everything separately, or better yet, there are other much better tasting pizza outlets/brands, try them and don't give this particular Domino's Pizza franchise a chance...
Read moreAlright, so here’s the deal with Domino’s. I ordered a large pizza and a lava cake, and man, was I disappointed. First off, they were late—like two hours late. By the time it arrived, I could have grown my own wheat and made the darn thing myself.
When I finally cracked open the box, hoping for some comfort food after the wait, I found a sad, cold, and dry excuse for a pizza. Seriously, it was like eating cardboard with a tomato smudge. The cheese had given up on life, and the toppings looked like they were hibernating. And don’t even get me started on the lava cake—it was more like a molten chocolate rock by the time it got to me.
To top it all off, the delivery guy had the charm of a wet blanket. I get it, it’s a tough job, but a little courtesy wouldn’t hurt.
And let’s not forget the price tag—way too much for what I got. I could have fed a small village with the money I wasted on this sorry excuse for a meal.
Save yourself the trouble and just cook something at home or find a better pizza joint. Domino’s, you seriously need to step...
Read moreDomino's has disrupted the fast foodscape of Pakistan, it is still considered a brand below the Pizza Hut as it does not offer a dining experience and when ever people decide to have dine in it's more like a canteen atmosphere which it can built upon. It does not offer the delivery in 30 minutes or pizza is free knowing very well the city/urban scape of Pakistan and it does not offer on that. Nothing is straight about Domino's pricing though, you might think you have a nice deal but if one looks closely to their menus its confusing at best. You can order a large pizza for less then 1100 PKR if you decide to use the Domino's app and use a credit/debit card but if you go for a regular deal offering the medium one costs you 1200+. I wish they were more clear about pricing and offers. All said and done the urban affulent Pakistan takes this for granted and don't mind a few hundred here and there. The kiosk model seems to be working fine for time being and given the COVID situation it's the best option when you want to have...
