Pathetic Services by your All staff, I will recommend others not to order from you as you don't care of your customer, I ordered through call center at 11:12 pm on 31-12-2022 and I got confirmation on website that order will be deliver in 45 min which is at 11:45 pm and also.received confirmation call from call center and info provided by him that order will be deliver in 45 min but after almost 1 hour I called my self on helpline and inquired about by order and they informed that rider is on the way and will be there in 10 min after that I also received a call from rider that he is coming in 10 min but after waiting again for 30 min might be at 12:41 am I called rider to inquire status and would you believe he said that my order is not ready completely as one item is pending Is this the services you are providing.

I know my feedback might be doesn't have much important to you but let me remind you Allah is...

Food was tasteless and the quantity and quality were below average more precisely worst. Karachi Haleem management seems to be greedy minting money by opening a separate business with a different name or may be a tax saving tactics. Seating arrangements are horrible, designed without giving a thought. Jahilana so called Self Service counter is another stupidity where you have to pay before you dine in and after the payment you can't get your order yourself rather hand the payment slip to the waiter who will give it to open kitchen Infront of your face and for no reason this self service becomes waiter assisted who will put (not serve) your food on the table and will expect a tip. And if you need anything else while having food, you can't ask a waiter rather go to the self service counter and pay for an add on, even for another chapati or bun. Highly NOT...

Today, I visited Karachi Fried House Nd try Zinger burger And was la_jawaab.Definitely one of the best Out class Zinger burger after a long time. Simply Better than any Branded "burger Restaurant "Gatting very famous in this area because of quality test..... Secondly .. I would rate their customer service ...
