Platter house — Restaurant in Karachi Division

We family of 4 went to try the Platter house burns road. The place was well lit but not clean. There were hygiene problem on chairs and tables. We order mix platter and Katakat with one plate rice. The water botel was not chilled nor cold. The chatni was packed in small polybags. Bad impression. Second We order raita was in plastic container nice proper packing. Both chatni and raita were of no taste. Than the platter arrives. It was with a good presentation. We started eating it. The chicken reshmi Kebab and boti were not juicy both were very dry. The paratha was much more crispy. Then to our surprise the beef Kebab were not found yes missing We called the waiter after listening to our complaint he said sorry sir we are out of stock with beef so we double the chicken items. Decent Place for a Family Gathering I celebrated my parents' anniversary with a group of nine at The Platter House on Burns Road. Despite the initial crowd, we easily found seating. The menu offered a wide variety of options, including rolls, barbecue, fast food, and Chinese dishes.

We decided to try the signature Mutton Titanic Platter, meant for 8 persons. The quantity was impressive, especially the surplus of rice, which we had to take away. The platter included mutton leg roast, Malai boti, reshmi kabab, chicken boti, grilled onions, tomatoes, raita, and chutney. Presentation was excellent, but the taste could have been better.

Although the service was a bit slow, they met all our needs. Prices were reasonable considering the current inflation rates. While our experience was pleasant and didn't spoil the occasion, I'm not sure if I'd visit again. Worth trying...

Thanks to so called food vloggers of YouTube after watching there video I have decided to go and try this restaurant and I'm very disappointed no taste at all in shinwari platter rice was tasteless chicken was not properly grilled everything was bad about platter. I have wasted my money and time there. Order taking guy was so rude. And Mr Manager was very disrespectful to employees he was insulting them in front of customers. If you are going with your family of more then 6 persons then this restaurant is not ideal place to go as they don't have proper sitting arrangements for more then 6 persons. No hand wash was there floor and washbasin was very wet. No parking space for cars. Would not recommend anyone...
