A famous restaurant that offers a wide variety of meat related cuisine, and located centrally in the Karachi’s famous Burns road food street. The restaurant is quite popular, therefore very busy, and this severely impacts their serving time and quality of service. They prepare and serve Sajji that is very close to authentic taste and flavor. The meat is crisp, yet not overcooked or burnt. They also serve steam roast which is also very well prepared and full of flavor. Their other specialty includes Karhai that is prepared fully on coal, and creates a unique Smokey flavor to the curry. They also serve the Taka Tak which is prepared well. Apart from that they also serve wide variety of BBQ, however better restaurants are available for BBQ in the vicinity. They have pretty cramped indoor seating comprising of tables and chairs, and also have outdoor road side seating on traditional set up. They have a separate family dining hall on the first floor as well. The place is extremely noisy, is very hard to converse. This is a meat based restaurant so vegetarian food is not available neither recommended. Also it will be difficult to asses the dietary restrictions in the food being prepared as the restaurant is not organized that way. Road side parking is available, but it’s very difficult to find, and someone will always be there to charge you an unauthorized fee for parking. Seasoning and marination is done perfectly though the meat and the skin at times gets a bit dry, but not burnt, due to over heating. You don't need any extra sauces or seasonings to add.
