Very yummy food, good value for money but... horrible service.

Awfully slow and careless service.

What was a simple order of a couple of BBQ items, Chicken Paratha Rolls, and Chicken Karahi took over 40 minutes to be served.

Waiter was incompetent and incapable and was running around with little ability to explain to us why our order was delayed.

A well dressed person who appeared to be from the Owners / Management came over once to apologize but was also unable to expedite serving of our food.

I will take my hard earned PKR to some other restaurant that understands the value of...

I read the reviews, got inspired and ended up going there with family. The place is nice, but THE STAFF IS REALLY CLUELESS. We only ordered three BarBq items and a roll, but even after an hour of the order, the staff was clueless about the status of our food. We were with little kids and categorically asked about the time it takes to get the food ready, which according to them was around 20 minutes. It doesn’t matter what the food tastes like. If you can’t get it in time, or can’t get it at all, then there is no point going to this place. I would suggest staying away...

I am really sorry to add a poor comment here . I went their first time and had to leave without food . Service was extremely poor and no body could tell about the order after 1 hour even . Went to the kitchen personally but each time they could say 5 mins . The order was half a kg karahi and dhaga kebab. So came out without eating. Owner was really cooperative and courteous. I guess the staff is spoiling his business . Would seriously request the owner to screen out his staff . He is losing business and for me next time...
