Went in for a meal found the decor okay a bit plane however the food was undercooked considerably Me and my boy ended up with food poisoning. When we ordered The food came out very quickly Makes me think that most of the dishes are already made in big batches The lamb chops were undercooked There’s so many good restaurants in Lahore I am so surprised as to the quality of the food that’s getting put out. I was also charged 22,000. Not worth a penny of it, but definitely not recommend if you do end up going for whatever reason. Make sure you check your food Properly before eating otherwise you can end up sick. I just wish I had paid by card and I would’ve got a refund from my My card company, very disappointing i have reviewed restaurants all over the world and rate them for google That has to be one Of my worst experiences as we have ended up with food poisoning for a restaurant in this area This is absolutely unacceptable. Staff are okay but I also felt very rushed they started to clean the table while we still had food on it waist of money would prefer a refund

After response I have over 20k reviews on Google and understand food I have even been to turkey I understand you have 6 stores I have more than that back in the UK I am not seriously concerned about the money so you no I am genuinely ill from your gullberg branch in typical situation you would be correct food poisoning can take time to materialise however I just arrived in Pakistan and this is the first place I had food in I understand medium cooked however this doesn’t make the meat pink I should’ve sent it back didn’t think it would make us this ill sorry but you obviously dont understand your food output as you say you haven’t had any complaints I have read your other bad reviews I am not the first just maybe the first to make it public people here are simple probably dont want to make a fuss however I feel you should be aware it was undercooked and pink me and my boy had the lamb chops and we are the ones that got ill before that everyone has been eating at the same places I am sorry to say on this occasion your establishment failed I dont announce my self when going out to get a real feel for what its like if I did your staff would have possibly been different

As someone that has lived in multiple Arab countries and ate in many Turkish restaurants , this restaurant was not even near to authentic.

The starter - mix mezze platter was the worst I’ve ever had. The hummus , was the only thing originally meant to be on the dish. Other than، everything else was just made up on the platter like a potato salad and a Greek yogurt sauce.

We ordered 10 dishes , none of them were familiar , they just kind of the hit the notes. Not only did the food not taste Turkish, it did not taste nice whatsoever. However, I must say the Iskandera was very yummy almost like the original. However, I would have preferred a larger serving of yogurt as bread, meat and yogurt are the focus of the dish.

We ordered all of the desserts. The Nutella bread was a 2/10 , was just Nutella put on cold bread . The baklava was really nice but I felt like it was not put in a closed box when kept in the fridge because it gave off a ‘ fridge smell, same with the kanafa. Nisa sultan had the best kanafa I’ve tried in Pakistan but it also had the ‘fridge smell’. The ice cream they gave with both the desserts , was melted and felt cheap.

The service was alright, at times the waiters would listen but at times I would have to call them and repeat what I wanted 3-4 times.
