Fourth reply, Moreover, we informed your staff that we were not satisfied with our experience. How do you have pictures of our table? Do you take pictures of all tables? Are you breaching the privacy of all customers? If your staff didn't mention that we were unsatisfied, how did you obtain the pictures?
It seems you take photos of clients to prevent them from posting negative reviews. If they do post a bad review, you upload the pictures to blackmail them and to make them remove it. Quite a strategy! What a blackmailer owner you are!
3rd reply, This is my third reply to you. We let your staff know that we are not satisfied and that we need a feedback form. I have addressed this complaint multiple times to your staff, so please stop the dishonesty. Your staff is not being honest, and unfortunately, the owner is not being truthful either. What can we expect from the staff under these circumstances? As an owner, you should always maintain a professional demeanor and respect the privacy of your clients, which you clearly did not do. Yes, the food was disappointing, but I'm asking you to use your common sense, I paid for it, so I intend to finish my meal.
On your staff dishonestly, I'm going to remove my 5 star from your servise also (Note only for owner: this is how fairness works). Now WHAT A PATHETIC STAFF YOU HAVE with a pathetic taste of food as well as pathetic qauntity of food!
Negative reviews about the owner's behavior in your Google reviews reflect on your character. As an owner, you should be more receptive to your clients' complaints and consider ways to win them back.
As like many other google reviews and from these replies we can see how incompetent and rude person you are, no doubt you got a staff like you.. BE A PROFESSIONAL ONE!
2nd reply Here we are, facing poor customer service as well! Yes, I will definitely eat all of my food because I paid for it (its very easy to use your mind btw). Please ask your staff; we have requested the feedback form several times! Do your homework before posting any pictures and you have the picture of our table because your staff knows we are not satisfied. You seem ready to reply. 😂 While I have left a lot of reviews, it’s clear that I’ve given five stars to many restaurants as well. No offense! I only gave bad ratings and reviews to places that truly deserve it and your restaurant is one of them.As an owner .. be a professional person as you are breaching our privacy and as I can see you take this review personally.
Make sure to do your research before responding to clients! Another thing to mention is that you talk about fairness, but I have given you full stars for service and ambiance. I am being fair here; I don’t want anything in return. However, I can see many other negative reviews regarding the owner than the...
Read moreWhat do you think of, or imagine, when you hear the word procelain? Art, beatuy, aesthetics, a lifestyle,a bygone era, and so much more.
And this is exactly what you feel when you enter Procelain, the fine-dine cafe in Cantt. From the exquisite collection of procelain in the shelves that line the walls and beautiful furniture complete with a fireplace, to the cups you are served tea in, the experience is exquisite.
And as you explore the taspestries, the amiance, and the tea-stuff from various eras and styles, you might stumble upon hidden gems, like I did: one of my favourite childhood books, "My Cousin Rachel." Nothing like finding a favourite book to put you in a happy mood!
Porcelain is the place for tea enthusiasts. They master the art of serving tea, from warming your cups to the brewing of a teapot with loose tea leaves, all snugly covered by a tea cosy. Perfect.
While the brewed tea was a bit strong for my taste, the manager readily customized it to my preferences.. For those favouring a lighter tea, make sure to inform the manager before ordering it.
I tried the sourdough beef sandwich and the chicken sandwich on brown bread. The bread was fresh and flavorful, the fillings though good can be improved.
Meeting Beenish, the owner, was a pleasure. It's her love for the craft that makes Porcelain what it is.
Porcelain also caters to events with advance bookings, albeit with a somewhat higher price point.
Would I recommend Porcelain? Without a doubt,...
Read moreHad dinner at Porcelain last night, I do not normally review restaurants but felt the need to accent this hidden gem. We’ve always felt there was a missing element of fine dining in Cantt. and Porcelain perfectly fills that void. Enjoyed the Broccoli soup which was perfectly seasoned, not overly creamy and just the right quantity to start your meal. We also enjoyed the bocconcini and halloumi as an appetizer. For my main I had the pistachio crusted lamb which was perfectly cooked and absolutely divine. Completing the meal was a delicious and beautifully presented sticky toffee pudding which lingered on the palette with its richness and complexity of flavors. This was my experience, the rest of our table had other items as their main course and had equally great things to say about the chicken parmesan, chicken roulade, and pesto pasta which I believe was house made! Food alone does not make a restaurant experience… the service was absolutely top tier, all waiters were attentive and at your service while not hovering over the table, allowing for privacy and excellent dining experience. The ambiance is like dining in a fine club anywhere in the world with comfortable sofas for an intimate setting or cafe style chairs and tables for a more traditional experience. I also noticed the owner was heavily involved and engaged with customers which signals a personal touch and customer focus from the tip down. We will definitely be...
