I ordered a Rib Eye Steak with all sides via phone at 1 PM, and I was assured delivery within 30 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, I had to call back, only to be told my order was canceled due to the unavailability of a rider—without informing me!
Frustrated, I arranged for someone else to pick up the order and reordered at 1:56 PM. Despite this, it took nearly an hour to prepare the food, and the order was finally received at 2:53 PM.
While the steak was good in taste and the sides were acceptable, the sauces were subpar and uninspiring.
The real issue lies in the restaurant's unprofessional order handling. Canceling an order without informing the customer is unacceptable. This lack of communication and the excessive delays completely overshadowed the quality of the food.
Verdict: Steak Away needs serious improvement in customer service and time management. Definitely not...
