SteakAway - DHA Raya (Burgers & Steaks) — Restaurant in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

I ordered a Rib Eye Steak with all sides via phone at 1 PM, and I was assured delivery within 30 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, I had to call back, only to be told my order was canceled due to the unavailability of a rider—without informing me!

Frustrated, I arranged for someone else to pick up the order and reordered at 1:56 PM. Despite this, it took nearly an hour to prepare the food, and the order was finally received at 2:53 PM.

While the steak was good in taste and the sides were acceptable, the sauces were subpar and uninspiring.

The real issue lies in the restaurant's unprofessional order handling. Canceling an order without informing the customer is unacceptable. This lack of communication and the excessive delays completely overshadowed the quality of the food.

Verdict: Steak Away needs serious improvement in customer service and time management. Definitely not...

I think they just focus on the presentations and not on the quality or quantity of food they are serving.had the worst experience in defence raya branch of steak away.previously had a good experience in lake city branch due to which ordered the same pasta here.pasta was all served cold and that too in less quantity as compared to their other branches.dont even like their serving dishes and bowl they also looked untidy and unclean.american beef burger was also not that good.burger clock,brim and Meg are better options.their crispy buttermilk burger was ok in taste.just a waste of money to visit this place.wont visit again and will not...

Couldn’t have had a worse experience. I ordered a beef burger with triple patties, but after waiting over 25 minutes, they served me a cold burger, and to make matters worse, it was the wrong one. Instead of a triple patty, I was given a double. When I pointed it out, they insisted that this is what a triple patty looks like. I’ve had triple patty burgers from several restaurants before, so I know exactly what to expect in terms of quantity and presentation.
