What a bad management???? With irresponsible staff at Butt Karahi Qadafi branch.... We got booking of 12 persons through a lady called Zareen at head office. We got confirmation call from that lady in the morning of 29th May, 2019. Then we visited the branch personally around 1 pm to reconfirm our booking at Qadafi branch of butt karahi. Everything seemed perfect. Then we visited at 6 pm before iftar to order food to be cooked till iftari. .... Everything was fine with confirmation but when we reach before iftar as per our booking, with our guests and family, the manager had already allotted our seats to someone else.... I asked why??? Who has given him right to cancel a confirm booking at the last time. That was the critical time before iftar. We were unable to move any other place with our honorable guests that time. We all 12 were standing desperately with kids and ladies. No one bother.No care from the management... even iftar time reached no body offered us water and dates etc. for iftari... That's hell was the management and hospitality at butt karahi. And we all have to leave restaurant at that time without having food..I just want to question to higher management that if you can't handle your customer then why you book them???? Why you hire third class staff which is unfamiliar to the customer services rules.We also belong to a butt family.... but after this incident we hate butt karahi. And I recommend all if you want to taste bad management ever and ruined your party then do visit butt karahi...

WENT THERE FIRST TIME WITH FAMILY & ORDERED THEIR MUTTON MAKHNI KARAHI, FIRSTLY THEY TOOK MORE THAN AN HOUR TO SERVE IT & AFTER WAITING FOR TOO LONG THEY SERVED A TASTELESS MUTTON KARAHI ZERO TASTE PLUS TOO LOW QUANTITY COMPARED TO OTHER RESTAURANTS NEAR LIKE PYARA CHARGHA AND HEERA CHARGHA WHICH ARE ALSO CHEAPER JUST OONCHI DUKAN PHEEKA PAKWAAN SITTING WAS ALSO VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TYPICAL SHAADI WALI KURSIYAN JOH GAON MEIN LAGATE BAS LIGHTING KI HUI HAI NO WIFI NO SIGNALS IN BASEMENT AUR WAITERS B PENDU AUR JAHIL HEN NEVER GO THERE WITH YOUR FAMILY, TWO WAITERS WERE CONSTANTLY STARRING AT US EVEN BEFORE ORDER IS SERVED TILL WE LEFT THE RESTAURANT. THAT WAS REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE.
