I recently dined at Bundu Khan Restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Firstly, the prices are exorbitant for the quality and quantity of food provided. It felt like I was paying a premium without receiving the corresponding value.

To make matters worse, when I requested to have the remaining food packed, they did not pack all of it. Specifically, the kebabs were missing from the package. This is unacceptable and feels like an act of theft.

When I tried to address this issue with their complaint center, they were uncooperative and unwilling to acknowledge the problem. This lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
