Joyland Lahore, established in 1977, is one of the oldest amusement parks in Pakistan and remains a favorite recreational spot for families and thrill-seekers. Located beside Fortress Stadium in Lahore Cantt, the park spans six acres and offers a mix of classic and modern attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. The park features popular rides like Discovery, Freefall, Octopus, Pirate Boat, and Top Spin, while younger children can enjoy the Mini Joyland area, which includes a jumping castle, haunted house, mirror maze, and arcade-style games.
In recent years, Joyland has expanded with the addition of Super Space, an indoor entertainment zone that includes video games, VR experiences, carnival games, and interactive rides such as the Space Launch, Cosmic Twirl, Lunar Carousel, and Falcon Jump. This area provides a more climate-controlled, modern experience for guests who prefer indoor activities.
The entry fee is PKR 100 per person, with individual rides typically costing around PKR 300. Visitors can also opt for wristbands that allow unlimited access to most rides, priced at PKR 1,000 for a standard wristband, PKR 1,500 for bachelors, PKR 1,800 for a combo with Super Space, and PKR 800 for children. However, some premium features such as virtual reality games and the XD ride may require extra payment beyond the wristband.
Joyland operates from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and extends to midnight on weekends. The park can become crowded during evenings and public holidays, so early arrival is recommended for a more comfortable experience. Overall, Joyland offers a balanced combination of fun, affordability, and nostalgia, making it a must-visit attraction for those spending...
Read moreThis is absolutely unacceptable! The address provided online for Joyland is completely inaccurate. We traveled over 30 miles, only to find nothing at the location. To make it worse, we were told we needed to travel an additional 30 minutes to reach the correct destination!
Earlier, we attempted to visit Jallo Park, and the location they posted online was also incorrect. We traveled almost 60-70 miles, only to end up in an old market. Locals there informed us there is no Jallo Park at that address and that we needed to travel another 20-30 miles to find the correct location. Frustrated, we abandoned the idea and decided to visit Joyland instead—only to face this nonsense again.
Why are these inaccurate addresses even posted online? It’s misleading and infuriating. Such a pathetic and disappointing experience. Fix this...
Read moreReally bad experience. They sell bands by advertising that it will let you go on any ride. However there are a few rides that will require purchasing additional tickets. Also they don’t go by the displayed age restrictions- they will just randomly tell a child who falls within the age window that s/he cannot take the ride. Moreover, the rides are not made safe for under 3 year olds - as most of them have no belts fitted. Overall not a pleasant experience and would not recommend...
