I recently ordered a product from WHAT A PARATHA and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the unhygienic condition in which it arrived. Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a complete plastic bag inside the product. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning in terms of hygiene standards. I cannot fathom how such an unhygienic product could have made its way through quality control and been shipped to a customer. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for basic hygiene is alarming, and I can only imagine how many other customers have received similarly unhygienic products. The presence of a plastic bag inside the product is not only disgusting, but it also poses a potential health hazard. It raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the product and the company's manufacturing and shipping processes. I urge anyone considering purchasing from WHAT A PARATHA to think twice before doing so. If you value your health and wellbeing, it is best to avoid a company that shows such a blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards. Nice variety of parathas. It is a busy place so you are lucky if you get your order within 20 minutes. Usually it takes them 40 mins to serve food. Preference is probably given to people who order online. So either order through food panda or be very patient after ordering cuz there is no parking for cars. If you park on the road, you become a hindrance for other drivers. You cant park the car for two minutes straight. This can easily get to your head if you are sensitive to rules. You need to have a bucket full of patience and stubbornness to spend the time waiting for your order. Otherwise park on the outer verge of the divider between the main road and the service lane. That's a better option. Worst thing is that rates do not include tax and they have not bothered to add a line telling it to customers. So when you pay 390 only to be told the bill is 450 instead, it can impact your mood. Parking is beyond the owner's control but presentation of menu is. Parathas are always served hot and in a nice box. Advice: Get parathas through food-panda....

Pathetic staff pathetic service. I was hungry this morning and went there to have something to eat. The guy behind the reception took the order and informed me that there'll be less charge (low tax deduction) if you pay through Card so I decided to go with it, as I had no cash. Things went crazy when he informed me that the card swiping machine isn't working and that's not his problem I offered to pay online or to find any other way to have money transfered electronically but he didn't hesitate to say that he will only accept cash now. All that took almost half an hour and believe me spend that time somewhere productive if you're planning to have a "what a pratha". Pathetic. I wish I could've asked that cashier name to...
