I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hashery Grill and Ambarsariya restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting and cozy, providing a comfortable setting for a memorable meal.

I started my culinary journey with the chicken khara masala, and I was immediately impressed. The dish was bursting with flavor, featuring tender pieces of chicken cooked to perfection in a rich and aromatic masala sauce. This was one of my most enjoyable food experience in Lahore. I was delighted with the food options and choices; a true carnivore's heaven. During my short trip, I tried several places, some super expensive even, but nothing matched the quality of food @ Hashery's. From the eyes to mouth to stomach it was an experience that has raised the bar. From the perfect golden caramelization to balanced flavours, to very tender and juicy meat, I was in food heaven. The food i good but service kinda lacks at some points. One recommendation would be to change the style of menu , 3 separate laminate menus with no unified design does not go well with the restaurant image. The waiting staff is also very humble but did lack proper service etiquette, every time i have to give a reminder for the drinks or either they miss a set of the silverware or have to wait for like 10 minutes just for a bottle of water and its always hard to have our waiters attention. It look like they have good enough number of staff members but everyone always seems very busy and once they server you the food they seem not to pay any attention to you, which means that if you want anything like a silverware or a plate or drinks or water you have to grab the waiter attention by calling atleast twice. i usually don't like calling for the waiters as i personally think i didn't look polite i usually do gestures but here gestures never works lol .
