During my visit, I savored their delectable Chinese cuisine, which left me thoroughly satisfied. Additionally, Truffles offers a separate sky lounge dedicated to serving refreshing mocktails, accompanied by entertaining fire shows that add to the overall ambiance.

One of Truffles' notable strengths is its affordability, especially when compared to other dining establishments in the area. Despite enjoying a complete dining experience for three, including dessert and drinks, our total bill amounted to a reasonable 5000 PKR.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Truffles recently. Despite arriving with the expectation of enjoying a meal, we were rudely turned away and informed that all the seats were reserved. While it’s understandable if a restaurant operates on a reservation-only policy, there was absolutely no prior indication of this rule—neither on their website, social media, nor any signage at the entrance.

What made the experience worse was the staff's attitude. They were unapologetic, dismissive, and lacked even the basic courtesy to explain things in a polite manner. Instead of offering any alternative solutions or showing empathy, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Good customer service is the backbone of any restaurant, and sadly, this place completely failed in that regard. A simple explanation or a touch of kindness could have made a huge difference, but their rude and unprofessional behavior ruined what could have been a good dining experience.

First birthday of my niece totally spoiled. We were booked for 2 in the afternoon and despite being in touch throughout the week before, when we got there, the decor was not ready! Seating was not set up either, and we sat there seeing them move the tables and chairs from inside. Entirely spoiled the mood of little children who were all ready to be photographed. Now once the seating and decor was ready - and remember they had messed up the colour theme we had requested - the cake was nowhere!! Once it arrived, it was very ordinary.

We ordered from their desi menu which felt like the last nail in the coffin. Their 4 persons platter is fairly small, the so called kabuli pulao at the base was stale brown rice which had overpowering flavour of black pepper. Kids were not able to take a second bite of these. Rest of the food was spicy too and nobody seemed to enjoy it.

Although they have some good pictures up on Instagram, they have no clue that they are doing. Wish I could go back in time and reverse the decision when I elected this place. Anywhere else would have been better.
