Restaurante Manabi — Restaurant in Bella Vista

We visited Christmas day for the lunch buffet. I hear that the Sunday brunch is perfect! However, the lunch buffet was just okay. There were several salads available, four desserts, a made to order pasta station, and a turkey carving station. There were a few entree options that included a creamed peppercorn chicken breast, arroz con quandules, baked salmon, steamed veggies...all of which were just average (and dry--maybe because it was sitting there since the place was bare). I didn't go back for any seconds, nothing warranted that. It cost $84 for the three of us (non-alcoholic beverages included)..

Waitress is rude. Staying at the hotel and went to the pool. No service whatsoever. You have to walk all the way around to get into the restaurant and order then she has the audacity to ask me to tip her. For what??...
