🌟 Niku Tasting Experience Review 🌟
Dining at Niku was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone—modern elegance paired with a warm, inviting ambiance. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of our evening flowed seamlessly.
The Tasting Menu
We opted for the 7-course tasting and drink pairing, and it was truly a culinary journey. Each dish was thoughtfully curated, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. Highlights included the Tamago Niku with its perfect balance of sweetness and texture, the refreshing Tako Nikkei Ceviche Haru Cocktail, and the Niku Tacos, which were an absolute crowd-pleaser. Even the cauliflower course stood out with its creative seasoning and presentation.
Pairings & Drinks
The drink pairings elevated the experience even further. Beginning with a crisp Pisco Sour aperitif was the perfect way to awaken the palate, and the carefully selected beverages complemented each course effortlessly. The addition of Niku bottled water (still or sparkling) was a refined touch that kept the progression smooth.
Alternative Options
Some of our party chose the \$69 option—a delightful three-course featuring an Acevichado taco starter, a beautifully cooked ribeye with an array of vegetables and tempura sides, and a decadent white chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Every bite was indulgent, satisfying, and a perfect alternative for those wanting a shorter experience.
Final Impressions
What makes Niku special is the attention to detail—each plate felt like a piece of art, and the flavors told a story of fusion, balance, and passion for fine dining. The variety ensured there was something for everyone, and every guest left not just full, but impressed and delighted.

Read moreFrom the time you reach the door you are warmly greeted by amazing staff and is doesn’t stop there our server Richard was exceptional providing us detailed information about each selection from appetizers to dessert and let me say he was on point with each of his suggestions. We had the edamame and cauliflower to start. The cauliflower was delicious with and amazing tangy and creamy sauce. The main course was a ribeye cooked perfectly and the presentation was excellent with Richard dashing small salt sprinkles on the steak as he delivered it to the table. The vegetables were wonderful and it left room for dessert. The suggestion was a Nutella dessert or their white chocolate cake. We did not want the Nutella dessert but under Richard’s suggestion we decided to try it. It was warm cookie in Nutella and chocolate that tasted out of this world. It was warm, rich and creamy. The white chocolate cake was moist cover by a scoop of ice cream covered with chocolate. The dinner was one we truly enjoyed and we look forward to returning to Niku’s. When you have exceptional service, award winning food and great company what more can you ask for. So come to Niku Panama you will not be disappointed. Thank you Richard.
