Fuego & Fierro Grill House — Restaurant in San Francisco

We enjoyed a wonderful evening with friends for dinner at this Grill House. For starters we had the Provelata al Fierro and the Arepitas Asadas. The Provolone was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The Arepitas were the perfect size and very tasty. We would consider ordering both appetizers again. For steaks we ordered the New York Angus and the Filete Panama Beef. Both were absolutely delicious and came out on sizzling platters. For sides we had the Palitos de Yuca Frita and the Patacones. We did order a beverage that was not on the menu when we arrived and the staff ran to the store nearby to get the ingredients needed. This type of service is not normally seen in Panama. Pésima atención , y leyendo muchos comentarios me da por pensar que el CHEFF que supongo es el dueño , es un arrogante que no entiende que no es solo tener una buena receta o técnica. Si no tienes un buen servicio JAMAS lograrás estar entre los grandes..

Todo comienza desde que llegas , la persona que está controlando los estacionamientos me manda a parkear atrás de otro carro y yo le digo amablemente , estas seguro que no estoy tapando a este carro por si va a salir ? lo cual me dice que no hay problema. 10min se acerca a la mesa a decir que debo mover el vehículo.

Luego entramos y preguntamos por nuestra reserva y nadie sabía nada , luego nos centramos en la mesa y literalmente tardaron 30min en darlos las bienvenida y ofrecer el menú ( El vaso de agua de bienvenida lo tuve pedir yo ) de no ser así no se preocupan.

Aca viene lo peor…… pedí una entrada de Chikeng wings y menos mal que lo hice , por que fue lo único que logré probar de comida en el sitio.

Pasada una hora esperando pedí un agua y trago para mi esposa , lo cual tuve qué incluso pedirlo al gerente dos veces más viendo que ni para llevar un vaso de agua podían hacerlo rápido.

Ya pasadas 2 horas y 10min y viendo que muchos se pararon y se retiraron molestos por la falta de atención, tambien decidimos pararnos y retirarnos.

La sopresa fue que cuando voy a pagar directamente yo en la caja y esperando por lo menos una DISCULPA, me encuentro con que una de las gerentes y asumo que era gerente o dueña por la vestimenta no formal, me dice : No tiene que pagar nada ! Esto va por la casa ! OSEA DE VERDAD? ni una disculpa a cliente que le haz hecho perder 2 horas y 10 minutos de vida esperando por un corte de Carne de 50$ ??

La verdad es que le dejo como sugerencia ya que el sitio es una belleza y el ambiente es algo demasiado hermoso y acogedor ..

Señores vendan el sitio a alguien que si pueda ofrecer un buen servicio en ese maravilloso lugar.

Volvería solo si cambian de adminitracion y les aclaro que no soy un hater ni vine con malas intensiones y si quieren les dejare mi correo para que me contacten.

Pero no es justo que traten a los clientes de esa manera por...

Just wow. Literally nothing we ordered was available. Only 2 options for cuts of meat, the meat we had was basic/average at best. After sending the poor waitress back repeatedly to tell us we dont have that item either, all the while the owner who was sitting in front of us never once came to say anything to us, and finally asked the poor girl to come offer us a 50% discount which we declined. The bill still appeared with discount. Again management never even bothered to talk to us.
