This place is nice but let’s be honest. The parking is terrible, so either Uber,taxi or walk. The place is crammed and to get seating your best bet would be to reserve a table. The best way to get items, order online and pick up. We went in the store the first time and one the men attended us, we told him we were looking for vegan options and asked if they had a grilled cheese that was vegan since they carried other vegan cheeses. He told us they did, the following time we went , they told us they do not make vegan grilled cheeses, therefore they gave us a grilled cheese with dairy milk. Thankfully I am lactose intolerant and do not have a severe allergy as this could have been going in a different direction. We tried to call the manager and we’re told that the manager wasn’t available to speak. My word of advice, be VERY cautious of what the servers tell you as they do not know the menu. The food that was vegan was good, but once again tread lightly here. We got the vegetable sandwich, French toast, banana parfait and a few pastries. The favorite amongst all was the French toast. It was flavorful and hot all the right notes. Hopefully they get some servers that know what can and cannot be changed and don’t just say yes to customers to Please them in the future as it’s a dangerous lane to go in. Be honest and...

Been there a few times for take away. They are one of the few places in Panama that make sourdough bread. Bread is pricey ($8-9) per loaf. The quality is not bad but is definitely expensive. In addition to some basic options, everyday they make a special bread of the day and on fridays is chocolate with organic honey ($9). For the price range they should allow you to at least have some tasting because I wouldn’t like to spend $9 on a flavor i’ve never tried before and then be dissatisfied with my buy. Perhaps due to the current Covid restrictions they are avoiding samples but hopefully once this is over this can change and customers are able to have a taste of certain products before buying. This is hands down the best quality and healthiest bread, not only in Panama City, but internationally, that I know of. They make everything with natural sourdough, including sweet bakery. That is special. I have one little critique: It makes no sense that they offer to sell a whole bread in one piece or cut into slices, but when a customer asks, if he can have it in two pieces, cut in half in the middle it is impossible. That makes no sense. You can make no cut or 15 cuts, but not 1 cut. More flexibility and catering to the customer's wishes, like is usual in the owner's country.
