I celebrated my birthday at La Pulperia and it was a great experience. I was in the mood for some good cocktails and this place did not disappoint. My favorite is the Calle 71 and would recommend it if you like sweet, citrusy and refreshing. The food was also amazing, I regret not taking pictures but I had the pulpo and it was cooked to perfection as were the potatoes. Some ordered the mac and cheese with the chorizo and they also really enjoyed it. For this place to still be in soft opening they seem to have everything worked out so far, because service was also great considering it was a full house. Terrible experience. Arrived at San Francisco restaurant on Sunday 31 march evening @ 8 pm and the hostess insisted on sitting us in a small table next to another table even though the restaurant was almost empty and there were plenty available tables. The hostess immediately told us that the restaurant closed at 10.pm yet the kitchen was shutting down soon ( 2 hours prior to closing?) The hostess further told us there were No burgers, No fish, and No Mac & cheese. Howerever a table close to ours were served burgers! BOTTOM LINE. Staff wanted to leave at 10pm and 2 hours prior they were trying not to cook and...

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable: a friendly, professional team always attentive to every detail. 💁‍♂️✨

As for the food… simply spectacular! Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. 🌿🍷
