TGI Friday's | Multiplaza — Restaurant in San Francisco

It has been a while since I visited this particular Friday's, I had gone before, but quite some years ago. I'm glad to share that they have maintained the same food quality as before. The staff's service was fine. What called my attention the most is that the onion rings were thinner than how they used to be. I'm not sure if this means that it's an overall change in all Friday's restaurants in the city, or just that one time I visited, or particularly in that restaurant they serve them that sized. Honestly I'm a big fan of onion rings, I love onions overall, so onion rings are always a great treat to me having them as a starter plate. No biggie that they are thinner than before, but personally I preferred them thicker. My burger was awesome, cooked as I requested and had a great taste, I had the whiskey burger. My husband and I order Friday's regularly through uber eats. Today we went to eat in the restaurant. We were not pleased at all. Very unprofessional. They messed up my husbands order, the server did not check on us, and our drinks were forgotten and finally brought to us from another server. We had to catch the attention of another server to help us with the messed up order and she had the audacity to literally roll her eyes at my husband.
