The Garden Arequipa — Restaurant in Arequipa

All the people who give this place 5 stars must live in another dimension. The food is just boring, especially for this price: the only spice they put in the tacos and in the enchiladas is soy sauce. The "vegetable salad" that comes with the "Selina breakfast" is a slice of tomato and another slice of cucumber. I wish I were kidding.

Service is incredibly slow, to prepare a slice of brownie with a scoop of ice cream takes them half an hour. Coordination between reception and kitchen is dismal: you need to select your breakfast the night before, but they need to phone back and forth multiple times until the kitchen is sure what you have paid.

Bonus: terrible music at high volume starts playing at 11 in the morning and destroys the otherwise lovely...

My experience at Selina Hostel was superb. The facilities are amazing, swimming pool, food, activities and atmosphere. The bar staff were great and Andrea was great working the bar, nothing was too much to ask from her and it was always service with a smile while being very knowledgeable about the area and activities to do neaeby! I hope to come back again...

My husband and I went on holiday to the garden Arequipa and let me just say that we absolutely loved it! The food was amazing and the service was great to match. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfy and I honestly would go again. Not only is the hotel nice but Arequipa is wonderful. Definitely a top 10...
