The location of the hotel was priceless. I walked everywhere, 6-to 10 minutes to the main square, 20 to 25 minutes to Mirador de Yanahuara, 10 to 15 minutes to Mercado San Camilo, 20 to 25 minutes to Universidad San Agustin de Arequipa. It is also surrounded by restaurants, local breweries, bakeries, and pharmacies (closed on Sunday). Despite all the activities to do around, the place is quiet because traffic is very limited (streets are closed) so the noise is very limited, ideal for working, writing, reading, etc. |The people working in the hotel were just superb. I had some medical emergencies (my father suffers from neuropathy) and the staff was always there to facilitate hot water, extra blankets, etc. |The place is spotless and clean. There are dust storms in Arequipa, but the cleaning personnel is always there to keep the place like new. |The breakfast is more like a brunch, excellent selection of fruit, vegetables, eggs, ham, cereals, yogurt, etc. |One of the best places I have stayed so far. Strongly...

The room and bathroom were not big, but the bed was comfortable with great linens and fantastic duvet and blankets. The bathroom linens were also soft and there was lots of hot water for showers. Unfortunately, they don't have any heat in the hotel. One day and evening we were quite comfortable, because it had gotten quite hot outside. But the other two days, having a little bit of heat in the bedroom would have been just slightly more comfortable. They had a great breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit, fresh cucumber and tomato, and they cooked eggs fresh for you. I would recommend this property, particularly if you're not needing a...
