Huayruro — Restaurant in Cayma

My absolute favourite cafe EVER!!! They have a ton of coffee selection to choose from and their terriyaki chicken sandwhich made me come back two days in a row. Place has a bohemian decor and un unclean aspect. Bathroom seat could use a cleaning or just change it all together. Lots of dust, there is construction going on outside which does not help with the dust. Coffee was good and so were the juices. The eggs were supposed to be medium but they were in between burned and raw. The bottom part burnt and the top raw, the yolks should be the only things not fully cooked not the egg whites on top....

What a great place to score good coffee. Peru grows great tasting coffee (which you can see for example on treks from Cusco to aquas Calientes if you like!), but most spots serve watery coffee to my taste. Both local or the famous Americano coffee focussed on travellers. Huayruro is a oasis in the good coffee dessert and serves great coffee, seems small but has another cozy room and offers free fast WiFi....
