After repeating my order twice, there was no change (for my 100 soles) and of course I had to make sure I got my 70 soles change.

The order finally came (it wasn't busy just yet) and of course it was in complete and the salad was the wrong one.

And when I went to collect my change I went home with a kilo of coins. And the food wasn't worth 10US$ but the experience would've made me reconsider even it would...

La atención en esta sucursal es simplemente lamentable. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal mostró una actitud altamente arrogante y descortés, como si estuvieran haciendo un favor al atendernos. Tuve que esperar un buen rato mientras los empleados estaban más preocupados por conversar entre ellos que por hacer su trabajo. De hecho parecia que trataban de deshacerse de nosotrosos de mi y mi abuelito, mi abuelito solo queria comerse una promocion que vio por internet pero estos pendejos no querian y se negaban decian que ya se habia acabado o no existia ,que tal porqueria de ambiente.

Cuando finalmente me atendieron, lo hicieron con una mala actitud, sin paciencia ni interés en resolver mis dudas. Es increíble cómo una empresa permite que su personal trate así a los clientes. Cero empatía, cero profesionalismo.

Definitivamente no recomiendo esta sucursal. Espero que alguien tome medidas, porque la atención aquí es un asco total. NO PIENSO VOLVER Y NO VAYAN LE DOY UN 1 DE COMIDA , PORQUE MI MAMA COCINA MEJOR QUE...
