Well I can tell you the guy in the front was pretty nice convince me to come in, I asked my ceviche with no salt because I cannot eat salt, and they just butcher it with salt 🧂, I came here for national holiday at first it was okay but then it got packed I can understand that there was a lot of people I was difficult to find a parking, but that doesn't mean that service was horrible, the food was just okay, it was very expensive, and I think the fish gave me gave me like worms are diarrhea that I was sick for like a week, I decided to publish this because I want people to understand that in this area's people don't care about the hygiene or the cleanliness of the food, I ask is a fish with Frozen and they at and it started laughing and told me nice fresh, I told him that they needed to Frozen the fish for a couple days so they can get rid of all the bacteria that can be deadly for person that doesn't have those defenses like in Peru, makes most of the people that come outside like me, for business, basically there's no parking, you cannot have like a full tray of only ceviche, and this is a very difficult area to find anything decent, oh and did I mention it's overpriced it's like three hundred of their local currency for a tiny dish that early can feed two. Fui con mi familia, decidimos entrar porque el lugar era pet friendly y traíamos a nuestra mascota con nosotros. El lugar se ve bonito ñ, muy buena higiene y bien decorado, pero la comida no tiene ningún aspecto positivo a rescatable, de los 4 platos que pedimos, el ceviche no tenía ningún tipo de sabor, ni a sal, pimienta, limón, ni a nada, simplemente era pescado cortado sin ningún tipo de gusto, el sudado prácticamente igual, tenía un poco de gusto pero con respecto al precio de 76 soles he probado muchos mejores y en lugares mejor ubicados, el spaghetti a la huancaina mar y tierra sabía solo a crema de leche, la carne no era de buena calidad y parecianque al saltado(que mas parecía un guiso que un saltado) solo le habían echado sillao y sal, estaba completamente salado, la parte de mar(que solo eran langostino) traía una salsa que no se apreciaba y los langostinos se tapaban por el queso rallado, además los langostinos estaban duros por estar sobre cocidos y finalmente el fettuccini a la huancaina con "lomo fino" era igual que el plato anterior solo que sin la parte de mar, sin lugar a dudas no volvería, por una cuenta de 316 soles para 4 personas se pueden obtener mejores experiencias en otros...
