Restaurante Marina - La Punta — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Most horrible experience I've had in any restaurant in the world. I visited this place on 04/19/17. Every employee here was rude. One of them yelled at my sister when she asked where she could wash her hands. The other one turned down the music we were listening to in the jukebox. All of them practically kicked us out before finishing because a large group came in and needed our table. The waitress who "helped" us tried to charge us for 1 more beer than we had consumed. When we corrected her, she asked us to go to the register and correct the bill there. After we paid, we left the place and this same waitress came after me yelling like a maniac in the middle of the street because her boss got mad at her due to the bill confusion. She demanded me to go back saying "you're making me look bad in front of my boss". Just for the sake of defending my reputation I go back to talk with the boss and he answers "I was not the one who offended you, it was the waitress, I have nothing to do with this". He totally washed his hands on the incident. No apologies, no acknowledging of their awful service and behavior. I had never been mistreated like this before. Don't you ever visit...

The food is fine, the drinks are not though, the maracuya juice and chicha were not natural, they used one of those 1 sol insta juice with loads of chemichals and artificial flavors instead, really bad. If you want a genuine experience of peruvian seafood, this place is ok, but any of the others nearby are better, so, go somewhere else if possible. We were there in May so beginning of their Autumn; hence a bit out of season- but the chicha was right on par with my expectation (I lived and worked in Loreto for 5 years).
