We went on March 6, 2022, and we had an awful dinner. We had reservations and had requested to sit in the main area. When we arrived, they sat us in the back patio area near the kitchen. We asked if we could be moved into the main area of the restaurant. The hostess agreed and asked us to follow her. She led us inside the large house, past the area that we had requested and sat us in a room in front of a large TV. There was a large group in the room and us. It felt more like a sports bar then a nice steak restaurant. We again asked the hostess about the main area of the location, and she led us back to our original table. We decided to stay there. The next issue were the waiters. We had no idea who our waiter was. We must have had four different waiters come by and take our different orders (drinks, appetizer, main dish, wine). We had no clue who are true waiter was. We asked for mineral water before we ordered our wine. The water never arrived but was on the final bill. It was a Clown show. The appetizers arrived with the main dishes. I ordered the skirt steak, and it was fine, my wife and daughter both ordered the filet mignon. Both ordered them medium well. My wives came out looking like a burnt sole of a shoe while my daughters looked rare with blood. The mashed potatoes arrived without a spoon and the large salad for the table arrived without any serving utensils. Were we supposed to use our hands? We could not get a waiter to bring us the utensils or fix the filet order. I finally asked for the manager (I never do this) to help fix this disaster. He showed up and agreed that the filets were not cooked to order and that the salad and mashed potatoes should have had utensils with them. Now the bad part. He called one of the waiters over to the table and lectured him about what proper service was all about and that he messed up with the salad and potatoes service. I told the manager that I have no idea which one of the many waiters we had dropped off the food, and this is not the place to lecture the waiter, especially in front of the many tables around us. Why embarrass this man in front of everyone? I also told him that the big problem is with whoever cooked the two filets in the kitchen. He then offered to take my daughters sangria and the salad off of our bill. I told him that the two filets should be taken off the of our check and he said he could not do that. Typical manager who says he is in charge, lectures the staff and then has no power to correct the situation. I lived in Lima for four years and knew that the filets would never come off the check. Complete joke. The worst part was that after he gave us the check, none of the waiters would come to the table to pick up the check. I had to go the cashier area and give the lady the check and credit card. There are many high-end steak houses in Lima. I see no reason to return to this one. Do not...

although I enjoyed the Tomahawk Gold steak, there were multiple things I did not like about this steakhouse.

  1. The price was S/ 350 per Kilogram. Although I know that every state fluctuates a little bit mine ended up being 1.38Kg. To me this is the worst type of steakhouse which abuses the system of approximation by not telling you how much you are actually buying and for the steak to be that much overweight is a disrespect to all steakhouses. A steakhouse that cannot get an approximate 1 kg tomahawk steak should not be in business.

  2. Don't get the Caesar salad it was bitter and the dressing did not taste that good at all.

  3. although I seem like there was decent customer service ultimately at the end we were not served that well and I was very disappointed in them not telling me what my steak weighed before forcing me to pay for a steak which was 38 kg heavier than I expected.

I do know that many places are approximations but .38 kg's overweight I cannot forgive. .05, even .1 kg I would be ok with... NOT .38...

Even though I enjoyed steak I will not come back to the steakhouse because of the abuse of the honor system. They should have give me the option to say no to that weight....

used to be my Favorite restaurant in Lima. now terrible service. really no service. only very young inexperienced floor staff, ... what there is of staff which is about zero. no menu presented and you were expected to use your cell phone like it's 2020 take out cafeteria in the middle of pandemic. the child-staff are all in masks and shower caps just to make your experience more cozy. no one came to table after 10 min despite only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. no manager in sight or anyone over 20. I just walked out and just said goodnight politely to the child hostess who seated me without a menu. she didn't ask why I was leaving because I'm sure it was obvious even to her. I've been here many times before the pandemic. looks like it survived in shell only but in spirit is completely dead.. I won't return despite more than 10 years of coming here. shame. unfortunate....

As a vegetarian, I wouldn’t normally choose to go to a steakhouse for lunch. However, my husband was craving steak and this restaurant was highly rated! They had two riotto dishes. I wasn’t sure if they included meat or not, based on my translation app. Unfortunately, they don’t provide English menus. I was able to order risotto – with a plentiful amount of mushrooms. The server was kind enough to ask the chef. It was the first risotto dish I’ve had where it wasn’t “heavy“ with cream. I did order the house salad which included avocado, tomato, greens, onions, etc. Everything I had was tasteful and the service was excellent. We ate outside, where there’s a lot of foliage. And yes, my husband loved his steak!

I've been to this steak house twice and absolutely love it. The food is incredible, the service is amazing, and the restaurant has very beautiful decor. This is one of the more expensive restaurants I've been to in Peru so expect to pay a premium but it's well worth it. They had a live Dj playing great music which added to the experience. Only caution is medium cooked steak is more rare than normal so ask for the meat to be cooked a little more than your usual preference to avoid getting an overly rare steak. Overall, for a up scale steak house, this place was perfect. Definitely worth checking out!

Great restaurant in Lima. But probably one of the most expensive. Something to be aware of if price is an issue. Everything was wonderful. The food was outstanding. The staff very friendly and helpful. When I asked for a recommendation/their opinion. They were honest. They did not try and push the most expensive items. If you do not want to eat at the bar make reservations. This is a popular place and the tables fill up. The Ossobuco was fall off the bone tender. Their Pisco drinks were all very good.
