Pescados Capitales — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

First time at this location. I had the ceviche “pesca del dia” which was well prepared but in all honesty overpriced. As a customer I have visited their original site in Miraflores and the value proposition was way better back then. Big advice: do not park underground there, preferably take a cab or worse case scenario use their valet. It was quite upsetting getting out since the ramp is extremely narrow and had no grip at all and that is a big part of this experience that kind of ruined the positive meal time I had. Watched almost all the customers there had a similar bad experience getting their cars out of that poorly...

I really enjoyed this place... Sitting in a nice and relax part of San Borja in Lima... This open ambiance restaurant features a very comfortable sitting arrangement and practical access to the bar area and in winter, it has long flame furnaces to keep warm and comfy... The food is the best part of the experience, as it should be... Colorful, tasty and clean... A nice place for business talks and for personal meetings... Everything is fresh and nicely painted on a dish... Easy for a quick snapshot at the spot... Don't leave Lima without...

Overpriced. Impersonal service and waiters more interested in "pushing" their wines and drinks that in the customer's experience. As most of the "fancy" restaurants the waiters are very upfront about their expecting a tip (deservedly or not), something that I find extremely irksome. The food is not bad at all, is only that I don't think it is worth the prices they charge.
