Joseph served us. We expressed we were hungry and indecisive. He offered to let the chef serve us and it was a GREAT option!

Nigiri whitefish starter was smoky and slightly spicy with deep umami.

Then came the avocado umami roll which was divine.

Next was both the ceviche inspired whitefish and the star of the meal, the Wakami seafood salad. Perfect blend of salty, unami, sweet, charred squid, avocado, salmon. It was excellent!

Next was salmon and avocado couza absolute blend of creamy crunchy and salmon.

We finished with tempura shrimp in volcano sauce. Wonderfully sweet and spicy but not too much of either. Yumm!
