Burgerboy La Mar — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Delicious burgers. Truly stellar taste. Every burger style is different enough and balanced through and through. The portions may seem small at first glance but a combo of burger and fries fills you up easily.

The fries are also a great point for this joint. The sauces match up really nice, best ones are the ponja mayo which has a garlicky aftertaste and the relish with golf sauce is also nice.

The teaboy tea is also a good match for their burgers, which ties up the vaguely japanese style of their recipes.

The only downsides may be that dining in can be a bit underwhelming because of the sparse ambiance, though I liked the burger joint aesthetic. It's simple and functional. Bring a light jacket if dining in, it can get a bit cold.

The prices could be a bit lower but the taste is definitely worth...

De por sí ya le quito 1 estrella porque somos peruanos y dan papas precocidas, no hacen la diferencia. Lo conceptos de cada hamburguesa son interesantes en cuanto a mezclas de sabores, pero la preparación no sé si es tan mala porque la hace gente joven que trabaja allí y no tiene cuidado, me bajaron demasiado las expectativas, parece que sólo le ponen empeño en el burger fest porque me dieron la kauboi san bañado en jugo siendo una salsa dulce, me imagino que es un aditivo para la explosion de sabores no para que me moje todo el pan, pocos gramos de carne, las cremas caseras estan muy mal hechas la verdad, la Recontra tiene mejores cremas siendo una hamburgueseria vegana, QUIERO pensar en que pedí una hamburguesa que no es su fuerte, quizás vuelva para rectificar. Pero no comprendo como con el local vacío no cuidan a detalle la preparación de las hamburguesas. A mí me gusta catar hamburguesas y esta hamburgueseria, al menos esta vez, no se merece el reconocimiento que tiene. Espero mejoren, no se trata de vender por vender, su carta tiene mucho potencial, pero si no la preparan como debe ser toda la idea se pierde. Les daré la oportunidad en otro local con otra hamburguesa más...

Stopped by late one evening because i loved the vibe and it was near our hotel. I got a Z-40 (veggie burger) and fries.
