Horrible experience. We only went to this restaurant because we had a subscriber’s discount which then didn’t even accept. Food is fine but the service is awful. Our server brought us two dishes wrong and did not accept his mistake, brought more drinks than ordered, and we had to beg him more than three times to finally get ice. Apart from this, when we wanted to pay, they didn’t want to accept to apply the discount. This was just unacceptable. We previously told our server that we would use those discounts and told us that it was fine. He skipped the part where they didn’t accept it. After talking to the manager and not getting any help at all, we had to accept what was wrong and pay for the whole bill. We definitely wont be returning ever again. Volvimos luego de años con expectativas de mejora, y a pesar de que los platos en general estaban buenos y que han hecho una terracita simpática afuera, hubieron cosas que hicieron que mi experiencia sea realmente mala. Para empezar, pedí un lomo con huancaína para mi hija termino 3/4 y lo trajeron únicamente sellado a pesar que no era un corte grueso. Le hice la observación al mozo enseñándole que no estaba bien hecho y mostrándole la carne cruda, se llevó el plato y volvió para decirme que en la cocina decían que sí estaba bien hecho... O sea nuestra percepción de cocción era errónea a pesar de que el mozo estuvo de acuerdo conmigo. Lo peor de todo vino después, cuando en mi ceviche a los tres ajíes uno de los langostinos estaba descompuesto, al punto que tuve que escupirlo en una servilleta por lo desagradable que estaba, claramente en pésimas condiciones a pesar que venía envuelto en la salsa del ceviche. Por último, el mozo me pide si quiero la cuenta cuando aún no habíamos terminado de almorzar y se demoró muchísimo para todo, trayendo los platos a destiempo. En fin......
