Stopped here for lunch with my sister while visiting Lima—she swears by their ceviche, and after this visit, I get it.
We were in the mood for something fresh and punchy, and Segundo Muelle delivered. Started off with some Conchas a la Parmesana (scallops baked in parmesan) and the Muelle Maki, which was way better than expected—shrimp, avocado, sweet potato, topped with cebiche sauce and crispy tempura onions.
