Good prices for the food. Peruvian Establishments lacking a toilet seat lid in the restroom is something you get used to. But this place has a new idea I have never seen before. The toilet paper dispenser is actually exactly between the bathroom entrance door and the door to the bathroom stall. God help you if you do not notice this Until it is too late. I did notice in time and had to pull off.Enough toilet paper for what I estimated.I would need in the stall . Do not guess too little.Because the stall inside has not even a hint of a paper dispenser. What a way to finish a meal. Luckily for them.There are no stars to give for bathroom facilities.

El peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida. Mi familia y yo viajamos a Nazca y buscando un lugar para comer decidimos entrar a este lugar. Después de 15 minutos de que Nadie nos atendía, tuve que ir hacia una mesera y decirle que estábamos listos. No problema hasta ahí, supongo. La mesera viene y no entendió sino hasta la QUINTA vez que le dijimos sobre la bebida que queríamos. Pedimos platos a la carta y pollo a la brasa. Mi plato nunca salió hasta que todos ya estaban finalizando sus comidas a lo que la mesera dice que el pollo a la plancha se demora en salir, lo que fue mentira. Su supervisora o dueña del local luego viene a excusarla diciendo que es nueva pero al igual que ella, no puede solucionar nada. Luego pedimos ciertos platos para llevar y no fue sino hasta reiteradas veces que le dijimos por fin nos trajeron todo (para eso ya hasta nos habían traído la cuenta sin aún tener todo el pedido). también pedimos sopa para llevar y la mesera nos sale con que no tienen cucharas descartables… para que venden sopa entonces? Luego viene un mesero y por fin nos trae una cuchara(total?!). Lo más gracioso es que la supervisora o dueña estaba sentada viendo todo lo que pasaba sin venir a solucionar nada. Más de 170 soles tirados a la basura fue lo que TUVE que pagar para al final comer pollo a la plancha en mi cuarto (y la ensalada sin vinagreta). Al menos entrenen a su gente. si van a cobrar tan caro por sus platos, al menos ofrezcan un buen servicio. Totalmente NO recomendado… precios altos por lo que te dan, pésimo servicio… y no solo eso, sino que también deja mal a la ciudad.

Visiting downtown Nazca the night before our flight to view the lines. The rotisserie is their signature dish followed by Anticuchos (grilled cow’s hearts) and soups. Food is good, service was quick and courteous. It was a busy night as the town was celebrating Virgen Guadalupe and there was plenty of activities to enjoy. My wife and I were very pleased and will recommend this place.

I was walking around looking for a nice place to have a few drinks and dinner. I came in and viewed the menu and decided to continue looking. However there was so much going on at the Plaza that I wanted to see! I came back and the waitress started laughing sarcastically. Rude! I ordered a beer and decided on the chicken plate, to which they did not have anymore! Fine, I’ll order something else I thought! I asked if the upstairs was open and they said “no!” Ok, fine! Then, a lady comes around mopping the floors all around patrons and myself, the aroma of chemicals had me coughing and gagging, how rude! Thank goodness I did not order any foods, because I would have not enjoyed dinner with the stench of cleaning chemicals. This place is overpriced anyway and the service is...

We were really hungry and there was little option for eating in the area as it was a Sunday and fairly late. So we came here. We ordered the only vegetarian item on the menu (Grilled vegetables and rice /chips) It took a while to come out and a table who had come after us received their meal first. I wouldn’t mind but how long does it really take to grill some vegetable. When they arrived they were bland and over priced for what they were.
