Angel's Pizza - Las Piñas — Restaurant in 1st District

The staff was rude—specifically Sy, or whatever her name was. I asked if they could take my delivery order in-store since I was already there. They said the terminal for credit card payments was with another rider, so I asked if they could still take my order and have the rider bring the terminal, and I would just pay when the order was delivered to my home.

They replied, "Yes po sir, wait lang po, tapusin ko lang po ito then ikaw na yung next," so I assumed they would take my order in a few minutes and I’d be on my way.

Instead, they made me wait for 30 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked if they were still going to take my order. They said the rider had called and told them the terminal wasn’t working (I noticed they only called the rider about 10 minutes after I asked).

I told them, “Why didn’t you inform me earlier that the terminal wasn’t working? I could’ve just withdrawn some cash and saved time.” When I was about to withdraw money, my girlfriend spoke with them, and they kept insisting that I was the one who wanted to wait for the rider—when in fact, they were the ones who told me to wait so they could take my order.

So yeah, thanks for wasting an hour of my time. That staff member in particular can’t even take responsibility, can’t deescalate a situation, and worst of all, lies just...

Angel's Pizza is good for its pizza. But other than that, my family wasn't that satisfied with the food 😓

Here's what we ordered:

Pizza: •Creamy spinach dip• Our fave. 5 out of 5.

•Triple Threat• Three flavors in one. Only prob with this one is the pineapple is kinda dry. 4 out of 5.

Chicken: •1pc chicken with rice and golden curls• We were really displeased with the chicken. It was undercooked. When we sent it back to recook it, the server was nice naman but the question was "lulutuin po ulit yung chicken ng well done?" So yun lang. Chickens are not steaks thats okay to be eaten when medium rare. Okie?? Hay.. pero promise the staff is nice naman. Chicken is bland nga pala. Oks pa chicken ng mcdo 😅 2 out of 5.

•Garlic Parmesan chicken wings• Ehhh.. Di rin satisfying haha 2 out of 5.

Sides: •Golden Curls• Bland. Oks pa curly fries ni mcdo or ni kfc. 1 out of 5.

•6 pc chicken nuggets• Bland ulit. 1 out of 5.

Pasta: •Cheesy Lasagna Saks lang. 3 out of 5.

•Asian Chicken Sesame This was nice tbh. Mejo umay lang after a while. Masarap siya kainin while it's hot. 4 out of 5.

So yun na nga... All in all sa pizza na lang ako magstick when ordering food with...

First time to leave a review but this is the third time this has happened: we called in for delivery of two pizzas on a Sunday night approximately 730pm. The operator committed to an hour wait: eta 830pm. At 831pm we called to follow up and the operator "clarified" that the previous operator made a mistake and committed to 9pm. My husband even asked, "Really? You can make it in 15min?" They confidentially said "yes." So we waited... In vain. 915pm we called and said that they had no idea what was happening and if we "would like" WE CALL THE BRANCH. THEY WANTED US TO DO THEIR JOB. We tried calling the number they gave, IT WAS EVEN THE WRONG NUMBER!!!

The rider did arrive at 928pm. But we insisted that either we don't pay or they give us pizza for free. My husband had an 18 min debate with the manager until finally came to a settlement.

DEAR FUTURE CUSTOMERS OF ANGEL'S PIZZA! IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM, DEMAND THAT THEY TRULY COMMIT TO THE TIME THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH...
