Max's Restaurant — Restaurant in 2nd District

Probably the worse max’s branch. We ordered our favorite dish sinigang shrimp and serving was longer than expected. And when our food arrived they served us ‘panis’ na rice! i could smell it right away. I asked the server its not good anymore and she didn’t even apologize & said they will change it. Even the sinigang white raddish is not good anymore :( not coming back in this branch anymore. The manager in the end apologized to us however its really not the service i was used...

Had a private reception for my daughter's christening. The food was good and delicious although our request for a fried lumpia was not followed. Their service is just average and okay. The atmosphere was a bit dull. It was understandable that it was raining hard that the sky was a bit dark, but their lighting does not help a lot. There were stains on the table cloth, the baby cot bed was not proportioned. It was a Christening reception, but the song choice...

The rice was so overcooked, the texture was like thick mucus. The waiter left for break. We were passed to another waiter and our dessert was forgotten. There was also an air conditioner located above us that was dripping dirty water on our food and drinks. Upon telling the waiter about the ac dripping, we were told it is normal OMG 😲...
