McDonald's Alabang West — Restaurant in 2nd District

I liked their dedicated bicycle parking area. It's just unfortunate that one of their stools outside infront of the bicycle parking is loose and cannot be used. I had to sit inside the restaurant. The wireless charging ports inside the main table area is nice though. The ordering system is a little confusing because the receipt has a different queuing number from the wooden post number I get from the ordering station. Orders took a while to process. Worst customer service. Ordered through the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. When I asked why my order was incorrect, one of the staff just said he didn’t know and that he wasn’t the one who took my order. I went back to ask for the person who did, but the only response I got was, “I don’t hold the menu.” Seriously? It would have been so much easier if they were clear about the options from the start. We came here past midnight and the place was dirty. They dont clean the tables at all. We had to clean our own tables just so we could eat. If you are craving Mcdo around this time, drive through or take out is a better option. Their chicken too is disappointing, gravy is like water.
