Service time - we don't understand why it took so long. 27 mins to be exact for a 2 piece chix meal and the chicken was not even freshly cooked! Coke Float - ito yung pinaka nakakainis sa lahat. 100% it was not coke at all! lasang gatorade or parang ice tea yung drink. What a waste. Please train your crews properly. Wala pong ketchup yung fries utang na loob, nag take out order kami for a reason. CONVENIENCE The manager guy (tall, kinda overweight, dark complexion) - we ordered at around 1AM. Please take note that this is not an attack to this person, this is a mere constructive criticism. This manager looks so sweaty, he was not neat, his hair is too long and walang gloves or hair net. I do not feel safe for this guy touching my food. This should be addressed with the most urgency para po sa food safety, please.

McDonald's is part of my childhood. Please, please don't make it a nightmare. I'd understand pa kung sobrang daming tao kanina pero hindi eh. This is an issue about the quality of service and experience.

Out of all the McDonald’s branches in my area, this one truly stands out—and I can confidently say their service sets the gold standard for what customer experience should be. From the smooth order-taking process, to their careful attention to special requests, all the way to having your food served at your table—it feels effortless and seamless every time.

The only drawback lies in the physical space itself. The air-conditioning system leaks, and the strong scent of cleaning chemicals in the restroom area can be overwhelming. These are minor issues that higher management, rather than the store team, should easily be...

For fast food, McDonalds is my fav go to. I like their combination of spaghetti, fried chix, fries and coke float. But for a hearty lunch, I would go for the Big Mac value meal anytime. The cheeseburger is juicy, just the right size for the price charge. They're so generous with their catsup. I never get tired of McDo cheeseburgers when it comes to quick meals on the go. And I just love those warm delicious apple pies to partner with caramel sundae...
