Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Las Pinas — Restaurant in 2nd District

I am a big fan of pizza and eating at Shakey's is always a treat. The place is not too crowded when I visited since it's almost midnight. But even then, they are busy. However, they are still quick and ready to assist. I dined in this time and it was ok. Plenty of vacant booths and I was ushered into one. Since they were busy doing delivery orders, I had to call the waiter's attention to give my order. I ordered 2 pcs Chicken with rice, solo carbonara, and bottomless iced tea. It was that kind of day when I visited.

Food is warm when it came, so I guess it's not a new batch of chicken that was served. But it was ok because it was thoroughly cooked. I had to ask for another serving of gravy though because that little saucer of gravy is not enough for 2 pcs. The carbonara tasted ok as well. (Maybe I was just that hungry). It could have needed some parmesian cheese but it was ok. I had to call their attention twice to get a refill for the bottomless iced tea, which, after a refill is not that cold anymore.

Price-wise, it is somewhat just a little pricier than most fast food restaurant. I have a supercard so I at least get 10% off. You'll definitely get your money's worth on pizza instead of their rice meals or pasta. (Just my opinion).

Final thoughts: I should have ordered a side of pizza instead of pasta. The place has plenty of seating capacity though it's shared with Peri-peri, so seating should not be a problem for 1 person to a big group of people. Price is at the low to mid range so I was somewhat able to splurge a bit. Get a supercard if you intend to visit it more than once in a year, and it has tons of other perks too! Overall, I'll definitely visit this branch again and will absolutely keep ordering pizza...

The employees there weren't really giving a world class customer service. Because as we enter the employees especially the manager is looking at us up and down which is very uncomfortable. Then after we ordered as I also bought their gold card. The manager itself said to his employees that 'Ohh ano gold card' which pertains that they thought we are just going to buy some cheap meals to their menu. It didn't prevent me to buy the card but this is my first time that the actual manager is not really acting as a 'manager' to a shakeys restaurant. And when we ask about the membership bonuses the manager wasn't really explaining it well like they weren't interested to at us all and when I've check my membership now. My surname wasn't spelled right. The reason why it didn't prevent this experience to buy the card because I was planning to buy some pizza on my Father-in-law's death anniversary which is in next month.

I really wish I could let this slide but the registration to my card and the experience is not good. I wish they we're more friendly and professional like the Shakeys Parañaque staffs.

After this card I won't be renewing/buying another gold card...

Accessibility: Easily Accessible to both public and private vehicles. Located right in front of the hospital, which is a big thing, especially that it is open 24 hrs.

Parking: Got a small parking area at front and side, but parking tends to get full during peak hours.

Ambience: We ate late at night around 10 PM, the place is still lively and energetic. Lighting is good, music is festive. Standard look with other Shakey's restaurant, except that his one also have Peri-Peri Chicken.

Food: We actually ordered a group meal from Peri-Peri Chicken. Chicken is tender and juicy, the sauces are great. One of the best iced tea mixture I tasted even comparing with their other branches. Food servings and size are standardized and fairly affordable for me.
