As a Google reviewer who's been to many J.CO branches, I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had.
The staff at the Southmall branch were unfriendly, unaccommodating, and made us feel looked down on. We initially bought 2 dozens and were told that only certain flavors were available, so we picked from what they offered. Then we saw a fresh batch of glazed donuts being brought out, so we decided to order another 2 dozens—all glazed.
However, a staff member named Shane refused to give us the 24 glazed donuts, despite the fact that they were clearly available. Only when another staff member—possibly the manager—intervened did they finally fulfill our request. I mentioned that I would be leaving a review.
The entire experience was unwelcoming and disappointing. I suggest you refrain from visiting this branch and choose a different J.CO store where customer service is...

They even call first some who lined after me - so unorganized. Took another 20 minutes before order was provided even though donut is already available in the display. Over all for 3 pcs donut it took 40 mins. Tables are uncleaned and some spillage on the floor that was not mopped properly - unsanitary. Worst branch ever. Slow workers. If you're visiting this place, you better download the StaySafe App, because they will not let you inside their store unless you have one ready to scan their QR Code.
